Hatha Flow
Start your week with intention, movement, and renewed energy. This invigorating Hatha Flow class blends breath connected movement, mindful flow sequences, and longer held postures to create a balanced practice that both challenges and energizes you.
Restorative Yoga
Settle in for an evening designed to remind you that rest is not a luxury, its a necessity. This gentle restorative class invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply supportive environment.
Moving into Stillness
Discover the power of Stillness. In this class we will move in a slower dynamic way with some longer holds, supported by the breath. Then transitioning into softer, restorative postures, to let the mind and body relax fully. There will also be time for pranayama and meditation.
Breathwork Journey
Join us for a journey inward! During this powerful session we will use intentional breathing techniques paired with a heart centered playlist, for a experience unlike no other! This work can bring a greater sense of awareness, help with emotional processing and promote deep relaxation.
Buti Yoga
Come experience an invigorating fusion of movement, where functional exercises meet the energy of cardio dance and the building power of strength training. This practice is designed to help you clear away the mental noise and fully reconnect with the sensations and intelligence of your body.
Couples Thai massage workshop
Looking for a unique date night? Want an accessible way to give and receive bodywork? In this Thai class we will partner up and learn gentle massage techniques to help bring the body to ease. Each partner will have the opportunity to give and receive massage, no prior experience necessary.
Irish Step Dancing
Every Monday, This class taught by Claire Shirley and Katelyn Dunn will explore traditional Irish Step Dancing!
Beginners are welcomed, no experience necessary. Kids and adult classes available.
