Fascia Qi Flow
Fascia Qi Flow is suitable for any skill level. Join us for this class that will explore the connection of the fascia and the flow of qi energy within the body. It will also teach you ways to relieve stress and tension while promoting balance and flow. Sheri combines elements of qigong, yoga, myofascial release, breathing, and stress management techniques.

Moving into Stillness
Join us for a slow, restorative practice to help you destress and unwind. This class will focus on bringing you into stillness, using the breath and movement to guide the way. No experience necessary, this practice is for everyone.
