Meet the Founder,

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST, REIKI MASTER, ADVANCED THAI MASSAGE PRACTITIONER & SOUND HEALING GUIDE
I am a Cookeville native and have been practicing massage for over 9 years. I specialize in Reiki energy healing, Thai bodywork, and sound bath experiences. I am currently a student of Acupuncture and feel deeply inspired by being in nature. Completing my training abroad for advanced studies in Chiang Mai, Thailand was a life changing experience for me. I learned so much about my own body and spirit and hope to bring this grounded sense to my everyday practices at Aligned Wellness. Providing a safe space for others to heal and grow has been a passion of mine and continues to inspire me today. I’m elated to share this space with you!
