Breathwork Journey - Group Session

Join us for a journey inward! This session guided by Kisha West will introduce you to the innate healing of your own breath. Join us for tea & meditation followed by a 60 minute breathwork journey with optional journaling/sharing at the end. During the session you will use conscious breathing techniques paired with music to help you access deeper states of relaxation and help improve overall wellness.
