Moving into Stillness

Join us every other Thursday for a class taught by Tommye Nelson. She will help you move your body some then bring it into complete relaxation. During this session you will use some slower dynamic movement followed by restorative poses to help you settle fully and balance the mind and body. No experience necessary, this practice is for everyone.
